The Napier Sailing Club provides the perfect setting for all occasions, of any size. With idyllic views of the inner harbour, day and night, our wonderful venue is available for you or your business. View our venue hire options below.
Restaurant
Our restaurant is open Friday nights and is very popular with members and their families. Our caterer, Design Cuisine, has a varied and tasty menu at very reasonable prices. Guests are welcomed but need to be signed in by a member.
Opening Hours:
Every Friday from 5pm to 8pm except public holidays.
Saturdays from 4pm (Sept-Apr) for Bar Snacks.
Bar
Throughout the year the bar is open Friday from 4pm & also Saturday’s from 4 pm during Sept-Apr . If you are a non-member, we will arrange for you to be signed in. We have very competitive bar prices, with a wide variety of non-alcoholic drinks as well to cater for everybody.
If you are hosting an event or function we can apply for a special licence to cater for you.
Our wonderful venue provides the perfect setting for weddings, birthdays, funerals, staff functions, retirements, parties, etc. Check out our Function package here (Updates coming Soon).
Our lounge can cater for 1-180 guests seated.
We have a full on-site bar, on-site caterers who provide delicious food, wheelchair access, ample parking, and we’re within walking distance from Napier's premier hotels and motels.
Functions
Conferences
The Napier Sailing Club provides the perfect setting for your Conference. Adjustable dividers can provide rooms for conference requirements and our foyer is suitable for displays.
Venue hire price includes the use of our equipment: projector, screen, sound (through the projector), microphone, whiteboard, flip chart. You can indicate what you need when you complete a Booking Form, after speaking with Jenny.
Our caterers can provide delicious food. Please see our Conference Menus (Updates Coming Soon). We have other finger food and platter options and variations to existing Menus can be discussed.
