Ericksen Honda Night Race:

Limited entries saw just 3 boats on the start line. Light northerlies produces great racing with a very close finish just 2 mins between 1st and 2nd and all boats were finished within ½ hour of each other. There were a few showers and winds went nor westerly then to the west, good breezes and a flat sea.

1st ,2nd and 3rd over the line were Earth Mover,Strait Enz, Gratis and on handicap

1st Strait Enz (Tim Sandall and Alistair Gass)
2nd Earth Mover David Plowman and Mark Sheldrake)
3rd Gratis (Andrew Gordon and Bruce Ellingham)

A huge thanks to Pete, Hugh and Guy for spending the night on the water to make this event possible and Ericksen Honda for their sponsorship and support. Cheers to the competitors it was a great night for those who took part.
